  • A patch test is mandatory for all treatments requiring it, including Signature Brows, Lamination, Lash Lift, and Tinting. We provide patch tests up to 48 hours before appointments, as required by law. Your patch test must be done by us and not another salon.

  • You can only have waxing and threading services. You cannot have tint, lamination or lash lift.

  • Please discontinue the use of AHA's, Retinol, Vitamin A, or facial peels 1-2 weeks before your waxing appointment to prevent skin irritation and grazing. It is recommended to wait 3 days after waxing to resume using these products.

  • We will not provide any services in the areas where you have had botox/fillers for a minimum of 2 weeks.

  • Avoid using tanning products before your appointment to prevent tinting issues. For those who still wish to use fake tan, create a protective barrier with Vaseline to avoid discoloration.

  • No, you must wait 48 hours on either side of a waxing/threading appointment.

    ​Extreme heat can also affect the results of lash lift and lamination.

  • Our booking policy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, which can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

    ​Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours or no-shows (including arriving without a patch test) incur the full appointment fee. Please notify us promptly for any changes.

  • While our skilled stylists perform treatments with the utmost precision, complications may still arise. Potential side effects for brows and lamination include: Allergic reactions to products, ingredients, or techniques used in the treatment.

    • Small spots or bumps.

    • Skin grazing.

    • Soreness, redness, or itching.

    • Sensitivity to waxing.

    • Potential hair loss (Brow lamination).

    • Lightening of permanent makeup pigments (Brow lamination).

    Potential side effects for Lash lift include: Allergic reactions to products and ingredients.

    • Blisters.

    • Rash.

    • Redness.

    • Dry eyes.

    • Watery eyes.

    • Inflammation.
